TEXTILE LABORATORY TESTS

SUDAMERICANA DE FIBRAS S.A., counts with a modern textile Laboratory, that is dedicated to evaluate the quality of DRYTEX® Acrylic Fiber, in each one of the stages of the process and for each lot of production, assuring this way that DRYTEX® Acrylic Fiber, maintains its properties and regularity for each one of the produced types of fiber; Tow, staple Fiber and Tops.

Also, to request of the clients, we made measurements of the level of humidity, cohesion or metric resistance, Ktex, level of purity and regularity of tapes or spinnings, shrinking, cut (length of the fiber), resistance and extension to the breakage and also tests of; tonality, speed (v) and saturation (Sf) of dyeing, identification of the fiber, mixtures and test of pilling.
